Batch preparation
Manufacturing process and batch preparation
Each order moves through a defined sequence, from technical pack intake through cutting, assembly, and packing, so buyers know where their batch stands at every stage.
Production stages
From technical pack to dispatch
01
Technical pack intake
We review sample garments, pattern grading, and specifications before any bulk work begins, confirming the build with the buyer.
02
Cutting and preparation
Approved patterns are laid out and cut, with components sorted and prepared for assembly in line with the agreed specification.
03
Assembly
Garments and clothing accessories are assembled in bulk, following the approved sample as the reference for construction and finish.
04
Packing and dispatch
Finished pieces are inspected, packed to commercial delivery requirements, and dispatched with clear communication at each step.
Process standards
Dimensional tolerance, stitching consistency, and finish verification are checked during production and again before packing, so every batch matches the approved sample.
